Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JabCam (the "Service" or "game"), which is provided by Focal Games ("we", "us", or "our"). 1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the game, including the full version, you must create an account. You can create an account by:

2. Purchases and Payments

• One-Time Purchase for a Perpetual License: Access to the full version of the game requires a one-time purchase. This purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to access the full game content for as long as the game and its services are commercially available. This is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Refund Policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase. To ensure satisfaction and compliance with international consumer standards, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the game, please contact support within this period to initiate a refund.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the game to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Cheat, use bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players or our staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game or any of its components.

4. Intellectual Property

The game, including all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, text, graphics, logos, and images) is the exclusive property of our company and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your personal entertainment.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the game if you violate these Terms, without notice or refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any damages will not exceed the amount you paid us for the game.

You agree that the courts of the District of Lisbon, Portugal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the game.
